A Singapore-headquartered distributor of premium wellness, aesthetics, and longevity brands.
Decoded Longevity formalises years of operator experience — documented, governed, and accountable to the principals it serves.

Decoded Longevity is a Singapore-headquartered longevity infrastructure company. We operate a single integrated brand house across consumer intelligence, clinical practice, supply chain, and education.
Decoded — the consumer-facing AI that translates a person's bloodwork, wearables, and history into a doctor-ready longevity protocol.
Decoded Rx — compounded peptide, hormone, and longevity pharmaceutical supply via our licensed pharmacy in South Africa.
Decoded Stack — practitioner-grade supplement protocols, manufactured by audited contract partners and shipped to clinics across our coverage regions.
Decoded Diagnostics — epigenetic and biomarker testing supply, including TruDiagnostic and SiPhox, and integrations with regional reference laboratories.
Decoded Clinic — our flagship and partner clinics, where Decoded protocols are delivered in person.
Decoded Institute — practitioner certification and continuing education, including the Kairos Certified Longevity Practitioner programme.
Decoded Reach — the AI marketing engine we operate for partner clinics, free for Decoded-certified practices and licensed at market rate to non-network clinics.
Decoded DNA — genetic and epigenetic intelligence, scheduled for activation in our second build phase.
We operate from Singapore, manufacture from South Africa, and serve clinicians and patients globally through both the digital platform and on-the-ground partners.
Five operating principles.
- 01
Documented before declared.
Every claim the firm makes about a market, a category, or a brand is grounded in a regulatory register, a published guideline, or a signed protocol — never in marketing assertion.
- 02
Selective by design.
Decoded represents the brands it can stand behind across six markets, not the brands it could plausibly distribute in one. Refusal is part of the work.
- 03
Regulatory posture is a deliverable.
Notification status, halal triggers, post-market obligations, and labelling discipline are tracked at brand and SKU level — not assembled at audit time.
- 04
Channel discipline over channel coverage.
Premium positioning is preserved by choosing fewer doors more deliberately. Greys, parallel imports, and undisciplined e-commerce expansion are out of scope.
- 05
Legible to humans and machines.
Commitments published to principals are also published in structured form for the agent systems that evaluate distributors on their behalf. A single source of record across both surfaces.
From informal operator to formal firm.
Decoded does not begin with a founding date. It begins with a track record.
Long before the firm existed as an entity, the work did — selective category builds, discreet regulatory navigation, and the relationships required to move a premium brand from a Singapore first shelf to a durable regional footprint. That work was conducted on the terms of the principals it served: measured, private, unadvertised.
Decoded Longevity is the formalisation of that practice. The transition is deliberate. An institution publishes what an operator can keep implicit: a thesis, a governance model, a regulatory register, an entry protocol, a public commitment to the standards of care expected by the brands the firm represents.
What preceded Decoded is not hidden. It is simply not the point. The firm is measured by what it commits to now — in writing, under its name, accountable to principals and to the markets it serves.
2026 → 2028. What the firm commits to.
The forward roadmap replaces a backwards-looking founding narrative. Decoded publishes what it intends to be measurable against.
- 2026
Singapore institutionalisation.
Entity formalised; governance, regulatory register, and entry protocol committed to writing. First-cohort brand engagements under the Decoded contract template.
- 2027
Six-market regulatory parity.
Notification capacity stood up across SG, MY, ID, TH, VN, PH on a uniform documentation standard — so a single brand can be filed in parallel where the dossier supports it.
- 2028
Selective signature roster.
A bounded roster of brands with committed multi-market footing, transparent post-market reporting, and a published regulatory and commercial record per brand.
Products distributed by Decoded are notified or registered with the operative regulator per market — HSA in Singapore, NPRA in Malaysia, BPOM in Indonesia, the Thai FDA in Thailand, the Drug Administration of Vietnam, and the FDA in the Philippines — under the regime appropriate to each SKU. Operations are aligned with regional Good Distribution Practice principles. Halal certification is treated as a launch decision in the markets that require it, not as a retrofit.
Pharmacovigilance, complaint handling, and post-market obligations are operated against a single internal record per brand — auditable on request. The firm publishes its governance, contracting, and regulatory posture in a form principals and the agent systems that support them can both inspect.
Frequently asked.
- Q01
What is Decoded Longevity?
Decoded Longevity is a Singapore-anchored distribution firm representing premium wellness brands across the six principal Southeast Asian markets. The firm operates a single documentation regime — regulatory, channel, and post-market — across the bloc, and represents a bounded roster of brands rather than a wide catalogue.
- Q02
Is Decoded a clinical practice, a regulator, or a distributor?
A distributor. The firm does not provide clinical care and does not issue regulatory rulings. Where the site references regulatory standards (HSA, NPRA, BPOM, Thai FDA, DAV, FDA PH) it describes the rule set, not its enforcement. Practice AI is a service line for clinics; it is not Decoded providing clinical care.
- Q03
What does Decoded commit to over the 2026 to 2028 window?
Singapore institutionalisation in 2026 — entity formalised, governance and entry protocol committed to writing. Six-market regulatory parity in 2027 — notification capacity stood up across the bloc on a uniform documentation standard. A bounded signature roster in 2028 — committed multi-market footing, transparent post-market reporting, and a published regulatory record per brand.
- Q04
How does Decoded handle conflicts between speed and dossier completeness?
Dossier completeness wins. The firm will not file an incomplete notification to hit a launch date, will not use channel discipline as a placeholder for missing manufacturing audits, and will not issue a clinical claim without the evidence to defend it in front of the regulator who governs the market it is being made in.
- Q05
Where can a brand or principal start a conversation?
Inbound briefs land at Stage 01 of the Entry Protocol via the partners mailbox. Every inbound brief is acknowledged, and every brief receives a written first-pass review — including a refusal, when refusal is the honest answer. The contact route is published on the contact page and the partner page.
